Used the Nerd while away on holiday dropped my phone. Busted non working... thought I was up the Creek without a paddle. Being in a foreign country. Didn't turn out to be the case. Found this on Google and must confess was surprised with the expertise and 1st class service. Hopefully won't ever need to use again but if I'm in the area and damage my phone be sure this place will be my first port of call!! Thank you

Exceptional customer service skills are clearly worth there basic fees.could have charged more but didn't. Honest and pleasant and knowledgeable as they say a triple threat. Recommend with absolute confidence.

I visited here today, I was in a complete panic due to a dead line for paper work. I was there 5 minutes and Neils was able to restore my laptop. I am so thankful. Every time I have visited they have been able to help me and fix anything I have went in for. I highly recommend this establishment.

Some of the best customer service I have received from any business. I was waiting on them to finish fixing my phone and I watched and listened as they spoke to many other customers that were coming and going. They treated every single customer respectfully and i routinely heard them speaking to customers and giving them advice for the smartest/most cost efficient choice to make for repairs, purchases, pawns, etc. I rarely go out of my way to do things like this (I actually had to get on my wife's account to write this and it is the first review I have ever written) but they impressed me enough that I felt like it needed to be done.

Everybody in the lobby when I was here was not just getting their problems solved but having a few good laughs to boot! The great customer service here just makes you want to find a reason to come back. Five stars!

I was beyond happy to find someplace local to work on my electronic devices. First they resurrected my HP laptop, which had never worked correctly since purchasing. Fixed it, improved it and explained things I had never known. Then they repaired/replaced the battery on my iPhone. Items are always ready the day promised, if not before. It may not be at the exact time they anticipate, but they get crazy busy including drop-ins, & I surely can’t fault them for that! Always friendly, helpful, respectful. I was more than happy with the prices. Highly recommend!

My daughter wanted a new iPhone 8 Plus. I took her here to get it an Neils the owner was very nice she had a lot of questions he answered them and she loves her phone works great. He has also fixed several iPhones for my family that have been beyond repair or so I thought. This place is excellent if you are in need of a new phone or phone repair. The owner an staff are friendly an professional.

I normally don't write reviews, but my experiences with the TX Nerd has just changed all that. I can't put into words how excided I was to find a local cell phone repair business that actually exceeded my expectations. They provided excellent service and gets the job done fast and correct the first time. What a concept (you would think more businesses would do things like this but they don't). This will be my go to business for our my cell phone services.
